4. Changes to the Regulation and Terms of Use

4.1. LEXIS/SYNTAX has, at any given moment, and with no need for prior notice and with immediate effects, the exclusive right to establish specific rules regarding the functioning of the community and services associated with it, as well as to change, add or revoke, partially or completely, this Regulation and Terms of Use of SYNTAX.

4.2. The new versions of the Regulation and Terms of Use of SYNTAX shall be made freely available on the LEXIS website and a copy shall be sent via email to all LEXIS members.

4.3. All LEXIS members have the obligation to consult the Regulation and Terms of Use of LEXIS/SYNTAX regularly and shall immediately cease their subscription if they do not agree with any of its terms.
